Hi, I’m Shae.

I grew up in Michigan, played college softball, and graduated with a marketing degree, ready to build something meaningful. For a while, I poured my energy into marketing for other people’s brands, learning how to shape stories, create connections, and help businesses grow. But even then, I knew I wanted to build something of my own, something that felt more personal, more hands-on, and more aligned with who I am.

That something turned out to be organizing.

Organization has always come naturally to me. I’ve always loved creating order, making things feel clear, and finding simple systems that make life easier. But over time, I realized that what comes naturally to me can feel completely overwhelming to someone else. That’s when I began to see organizing not just as a personal strength, but as a way I could genuinely help people. There is something incredibly rewarding about walking into a space that feels chaotic or stressful, seeing what it could become, and then helping turn it into a home that feels calm, functional, and easy to live in.

What I love most about this work is the transformation, not just of the space, but of how people feel in it. Watching someone exhale when their home finally feels manageable, or hearing them say they can actually enjoy their space again, is what makes this work so meaningful to me. I believe a well-organized home can change so much: your routines, your mindset, your energy, and the way you move through your day.

The discipline, focus, and attention to detail I developed on the softball field carried right into this business. Being part of a team taught me how to stay committed, work efficiently, and give my best effort every single time. Those same qualities now shape the way I approach each organizing project. Every home is different, every client has different needs, and every session is handled with care, intention, and respect for the way you actually live.

In May 2024, I moved from Michigan to San Diego to build the coastal life I had always envisioned. I came here with a fresh start, a clear vision, and the desire to create a business that reflected both my skills and my passion. Not long after that, Clear Your Ca-Shae was born — a business rooted in the belief that a calm home can truly change everything.

At Clear Your Ca-Shae, my goal is to help create spaces that feel peaceful, practical, and personalized. Whether it’s a closet, pantry, kitchen, or an entire room that needs a reset, I’m here to help you create systems that make your home work better for you and your lifestyle. I want every client to feel supported, understood, and excited by the space they’re living in.
